Midtown’s explosion of development in recent years was capped recently with confirmation that Donald Trump will build a $300 million residential high rise at the corner of nearby Peachtree Street. Neighborhood Description

Beazer Homes (NYSE: BZH) is one of three residential builders at Atlantic Station. It is the only Fortune 500 company involved with the project and the only builder to exclusively offer townhomes, duplexes and single family detached homes. Phase One commenced in 2003 and sold out by late 2004. Phase Two is separated into three different adjacent parcels totaling 5.084 acres. The site commenced in early 2005 and consists of 18 duplexes, 15 single-family detached homes and 51 townhomes ranging in size from 1,536 square feet to over 3,100 square feet. The Craftsman-style architecture is complimented by unique details and spacious floorplans. It is zoned PD-H • Planned Development Housing. There is a mandatory homeowner’s association for all residents in the Phase One and Phase Two communities.



Currently, 32 of the townhomes are under construction and expected to be completed in Fall, 2006. They all offer approximately 2,200 square of heated space, two-car garages, stylish brick accented exteriors, three-levels of finished living space, designer upgrades, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, 10’ high ceilings, extensive molding, large master suites and a 10-year homeowner warranty
